Categories and collection methods
Technical connection information reaches hosting systems automatically during requests. If you contact us, your email address, message and voluntary attachments are collected by email. Favorite IDs and language are stored locally on your device and are not sent by the application to the operator.
Purposes and legal grounds
Processing is limited to operating and securing the service, answering requests and meeting applicable obligations. Depending on the request and actual circumstances, grounds under Article 5 may include necessity for establishing or performing a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, or legitimate interests balanced against your fundamental rights. A ground must apply to the particular processing; this notice is not blanket consent.
Recipients and international processing
Hosting and email providers may process data needed to deliver their services. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities when lawfully required. Infrastructure may involve processing abroad. Any transfer requiring the operator’s action must satisfy the applicable Article 9 conditions; this page does not itself establish a transfer safeguard or consent.
Rights under Article 11
Subject to statutory conditions, you may ask whether your data are processed; request information, purposes and recipients; seek correction, erasure or destruction and notification of these actions to recipients; object to an adverse result based exclusively on automated analysis; and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request to info@poki.games, describing the right you wish to exercise and enough information to identify the relevant interaction. Identity verification may be necessary; do not include an ID copy unless a proportionate secure method is requested. Formal applications must follow the statutory application requirements and will be handled within the applicable legal period.
